Could you describe a time that Upscale helped you?
Good day folks, Michael here from quick carpet cleaners down on the Gold Coast. I'd like to take a minute to let you all know about my experience recently with Noah Zolo from upscale digital marketing who uh extended an offer on a Facebook carpet cleaning forum. Um One of the groups don't remember exactly which one but in a nutshell boils down to obviously a digital marketing campaign. Uh S MS based. Uh So what he does is he, um, nearly asks you for your business, which is a copy of your ee business registration certificate, um, which they need to allocate your business name to a telephone number to send out these bulk S MS S. My database is small, 100 and 80 clients. Uh Good clients though, uh of which 22 responded uh and are locked in over the next two week period. So easy, 2 to 3 jobs a day, the average spend of 295 per customer. Really? Uh That's $6500 that I didn't have. Um, and I didn't have to phone anyone or convince anyone why to use me and not the next guy or my processes. They all know me. They're all aware of my pricing, et cetera. Um, it was just a reminder to let them know that I'm actually retiring and should they want to make use of my services before I do? So, you could add anything, uh, incentives, discounts, that type of thing and lock them in. Uh, I didn't have to stop and answer my phone or be kept out of work. Sent everybody a generic little text saying I received your interest message. When would you like to lock in the services and did that? Um, texted them back with a date and time and if they're happy, just flick us a thumbs up and there you go. I really do see great value in this. Um, didn't even add any incentives, like I say, and I'm, I'm booked up till the end of the year. Uh hit him up guys. It's Nae Molo from upscale digital marketing. Cheers.
How much revenue was generated from the Upscale campaign?
Bulk S MS is 100 and 80 bulk S MS S got sent out in total of which 22 responded and have been locked in over the next two weeks with an average spend of $295. It works out too, um, surmounting to $6500 that I never had, um, easy as a.
Would you recommend Upscale to friends and family and why?
I'd have no issues recommending number services, uh, to any carpet cleaning business, any other business for that matter. Um, I've now seen what it does for me. I spent maybe five minutes in total texting three texts and a two minute phone call. Um, and Bob was your uncle $6500 richer. Um, my man's booked up wouldn't have been able to do this, answering my phone every time it rings you off the tools for 20 minutes stretching out your day, you know, um, having to go switch machines off so you can hear them, et cetera, et cetera. Uh, it's so much easier. Give it a go guys. You'll be glad for it.
How many bookings did you make using the Upscale system?
In total. Uh 100 and 80 S MS S got sent out uh of which 22 have now been locked in and uh over the next say two weeks. Um And I'm sure if I gave him my other database, it would have been a lot more as well. That's quite a good ration and this was without any incentives or discounts. This was merely an opportunity to make use of my services at my regular prices uh before I retire.
