Could you describe a time that Upaway helped you?

Judy Sheldon: my boyfriend and I decided to use up away for our first real vacation since the pandemic and with how crazy travel was, we decided to use up away and what we loved about it was the personalization of our travel, the ease of booking and just the enthusiastic support we got throughout the entire thing. So we planned a trip to Greece and started booking it months in advance. And what I loved that up we did was they personalized everything, they interviewed me to figure out what we'd like to do, what kind of travel experience we wanted to have. It didn't take long, but you could tell it really impacted how they suggested experiences. Airbnb s the entire thing. Second was the ease of the travel. Obviously the planning was really fun and easy and easy to book, but also during the trip, it was easy. I had times where it was hard to claim our ferry tickets because I couldn't really do it from a mobile phone, easily sent a quick text. Within moments they had taken care of it for me and sent me those tickets, so I didn't have to worry about it or stress at all. And lastly, just the enthusiasm, it's so fun to have someone equally as excited about your vacation even if they aren't coming on it with you. Um and so I loved every time we talked to anyone in the upper way team, they were just excited, supportive and willing to do anything, they could to make our experience amazing, so seriously check out up away that personalization piece, the ease of travel, the enthusiasm, all things that make the experience so much more fun and kind of take that chaos chaos out of it.

How would you describe Upaway in three words?

Judy Sheldon: If I were to describe up away in three words, it would be helpful, fun and responsive. They're always helpful with any challenge or support needs. I had. They made it tons of fun and the response times were amazing.

Why is Upaway different from other similar products or services?

Judy Sheldon: Up Way is different from any other app or support tool I've ever had around travel because they're really about your experience. They want to make sure that you have a great time, that it's done the way you like to have it done, whether it's around communication or the travel experience itself. So I really think that's just what makes them different than anything else I've ever experienced.
