Why did you choose list with Unreal Estate to sell your property?
Kyle O.: I chose to list with Unreal Estate for the simple reason that it puts more money in my pocket! I am a real estate investor and so I'll do multiple deals a year and I just closed a deal a couple of days ago with Unreal Estate and it put an extra $9,000 in my pocket! So, I have all the tools that I need through the broker and everyone there helping me out on my team. So for me, it's a really, it's a really simple question, like why wouldn't I use them? If it puts an extra $9,000 in my pocket and I get everything that I would normally get from a real estate agent? Why wouldn't I use them, if I can save money and make my business more profitable? So it's definitely valuable. I love it a lot, and I've used it for a few years now and I'm gonna keep using it. It's really great!
What was your favorite benefit of selling with Unreal Estate?
Kyle O.: The number one benefit to using Unreal Estate is definitely the fact that it puts more money in my pocket. So, as a real estate investor having that ability to come in and short circuit the fees a little bit and make my business more profitable. Now, the number two benefit is just the amount of control I have to be able to have them as a resource when I want to use them, and when I need them to be able to go and talk to them and have them give me great, valuable feedback. It's just awesome!
Why would you recommend others sell with Unreal Estate?
Kyle O.: As a real estate investor, I'm always looking for ways to put more money in my pocket. I'm always looking for ways to make my deals more profitable and Unreal Estate gives me that option to be able to go in and short circuit the traditional fee structure and save money. If I can turn around and literally within the last week, save $9,000 on a deal that goes into my pocket, it's absolutely something that I would recommend every time.
