Jamon Y.: I chose Unreal Estate because I want a flat rate broker and I just want to make sure I had total control over listing, which they do.
What was your favorite benefit of selling with Unreal Estate?
Jamon Y.: I've never used broker level marketing so I can't really comment to that.
Why would you recommend others sell with Unreal Estate?
Jamon Y.: I would recommend other people who are selling their property to use Unreal Estate because you're taking it into your control and you're still getting the same benefits of being able to sell the property on many different Multiple Listing websites.
