Why did you choose Unreal Estate (formerly USRealty) to sell your property?
Hyun L.: I think — this program, The flat fee MLS by Unreal Estate (formerly USRealty.com), it works pretty good for us. We didn't have to hire the seller's agent to put (it on) the MLS, which requires mostly about 2.3% or 2.5% or 3% of the listing price. So we can save that for sure. But we can advertise the house in MLS and which it goes to REALTOR.com and Zillow.com. So we're pretty happy with that. And also they respond very well whenever I asked for the update, it doesn't take too long for them to respond and submit the request to the MLS. So I'm very happy with this. I think I highly recommend Unreal Estate .com flat fee MLS service.
What was your favorite benefit of selling with Unreal Estate?
Hyun L.: The main thing is we can put the house in MLS without hiring REALTORs.
Why would you recommend others sell with Unreal Estate?
Hyun L.: Well, since we don't have to pay seller's agent fee, which can go up to 3%, that's a big portion of savings right there.
