Why do you like working with Univision?
John O'Connor: Hi, my name is John o'connor. I'm with Five Valley Urology here in Missoula. The thing we like most about our relationship with Univision is they are a one stop shop for us for all things. It, whether it's excellent customer service on site needs that we might have advice for new technology implementation or guidance and how to be more efficient with the technology. We have, we've grown with Univision and they've grown with us.
How has Univision helped your business?
John O'Connor: five Valley urology. You know, Univision has helped us in many ways. One of the most significant is creating a plan for us, not only for technology updates, but also for security in health care, risk assessment, risk mitigation and risk management are extremely important and we would not be able to do that without the help of Univision.
Would you recommend Univision to another company?
John O'Connor: I would absolutely recommend the services to Univision to any organization that is looking for a more organized and programmatic approach.
