Why do you like working with Univision?
Amy Olson: Working with Univision has been great. Univision has provided us with the stability. We were looking for um identifying areas of improvement and having the ability to be more proactive versus reactive is a big bonus for our organization. Our communication is frequent and the ticket systems for our end users and the internal it staff is working seamlessly.

Amy Olson: Univision has provided us the opportunity to really look at our operations and do some strategic planning to be able to optimize all of our systems um to allow ease with our end users and to be able to provide the best patient care possible. They also continue to allow us to look at what can we look forward to in the future and how can we choose the best products um with the best pricing that can meet our needs.

Amy Olson: I would recommend using Univision It Management services. Um They were recommended to us and thankfully, our partnership has been very smooth and I would make that recommendation so others too could um right size their IT services for their organization.
