Mary Banks Odufuwa: My name is Mary Banks Odufuwa I work for Percy Julian High School, I work for Chicago Public School System.
How did United Schools Associates help you?
Mary Banks Odufuwa: I fell back in February the 15th 2021. I fell and I broke my ankle And I had to have surgery and I was out of work for about six months, 6.07 months. I call um, the representative at United School Associates. And I explained to him what, um, what had happened to me. And he directed me how to download the paperwork and to submit the paperwork. Um, You know, I had to take the paperwork to the doctor's office and stuff. So once that was done, I started receiving my disability checks from them. I didn't have any problems with while I was off the six months and getting my money. I really did not, and I really appreciate having them on board at that time when I needed some help financially.
