Why did you join United Schools Associates?
Lian Balanon: Hi, my name is Lian, and I'm a part of the Back Office Support Team. I was inspired by how this company works and how it is being driven by service for the education community. Working for USA is very rewarding and exciting for me, because it allows me to make a positive impact on people's lives. With that being said, I'd like to continuously be part of the team, continue to create great work and grow within the company.
What do you like most about working for United Schools Associates?
Lian Balanon: Aside from how the purposes of this company aligned with my goals, what I like most is having to work with genuine and compassionate people. I look up to Coach C, who recognizes that every team member is not only a significant individual but also an essential thread in the fabric of an entire organization. And for that, I'll always be thankful.
