Darren Plummer (D PLUM): I decided to join USA basically because of personal relationship with Coach Carter. Um, we've known each other for about 12 years and um, he was my manager on another team, then hired me. I just got my insurance license and um, but didn't know anything about sales and he and Wes trained me and went on to have a great career with, with that company and he was my district manager at the time and went on to become regional manager and then we both moved on and did different things And, and he's always been in my corner, we've become good friends and been in my corner in terms of ministry and, and motivational speaking, leadership development and coaching and, and uh, he changed my wardrobe years ago. I never wore cufflinks and it suits as much as I did back then as a sales agent, but he just rubs, he just rubbed off on me a lot. I really appreciate him and uh, and, and all that he did for me so glad to be a part of the team.

Darren Plummer (D PLUM): Well, I'm just joining the team, but if um if if this team is anything like the team that I served under coach um 10 years ago, which I don't expect it to be anything less than probably even better. Um it's gonna be nothing short of excellent and great. We had the number one team in the entire nation um for almost two years running and um it was we had we had many many top producers on our team, top sales people and I think we had maybe three that were in top five, Uh four, they were in the top 10, I believe, an entire entire company. Um And uh but but more than that, just the camaraderie that that coach um engenders within the team. Um just the uh um fun spirited nature and desire for for for team playing and it's just a great great environment, team environment to be part of. So um if it's anything like it was, then and again, I don't expect it to be any different. Um It's just gonna be nothing short of great
