What do you like most about working for United Schools Associates?
Shanika Thomaston: What I love most about working for United Schools Associates is the fact that um it's a support system, it's a support system like no other. I mean, granted, yes, we are all adults and we are all accountable for our own situations. But the support system here at United Schools Associates is, is second to none. I mean, really to have coach, to have the different people that are in the field, always motivating you, always willing to support, you, always making sure that you have what you need while you're out here in the field. Um phone calls, daily motivational emails. I mean, the support system that is here at United Schools Associates. It, it feels like family. Um you know, for sure that everyone actually has your best interest in mind. It's not like, oh, well, there's not enough for everyone like everyone is like, hey, let's get, let's get out here, let's help some people. If you need some help, we'll help you too. And I just really love that about this company. That is, I would say that is my, my most um favorite thing about working here is the, the support system and the motivation that's given on a daily basis.

Shanika Thomaston: Yes, I would definitely recommend agents to United Schools Associates to join our team.
