How would losing overtime hours impact you and your client?
Cynthia : Over time. loss for me um in my household would affect my family, uh, our rent, how we pay bills, food that I provide and put on the table for them. Gasoline to get to their appointments. And the biggest thing that would be affected would be their care because I am the Uh Provider that cares for them, it's hard enough getting um other uh care providers to come into home to help us and so I am the ultimate um I'm the care provider that cares for them, so it would be a huge impact. It would be devastating to my household. Yeah.
