Speaker: Shannon, Therapist, Individual Undercurrent Client
Describe your experience with Undercurrent Enneagram Consulting.
Shannon, Therapist: Calley has a very calm and welcoming presence. Her pace is perfect.
Shannon, Therapist: She asks great questions. The wisdom and instruction she gives is very encouraging and takes time to listen to my responses and frame them within the dynamics of my personality.
Shannon, Therapist: Lots of "aha"s and self realization come from working with her. So my experience,
How has your life been impacted since your experience with Undercurrent Enneagram Consulting?
Shannon, Therapist: One specific way my life has been impacted
Shannon, Therapist: is a better understanding of not just myself but my husband.
Shannon, Therapist: I feel like I have a lot more compassion and understanding, a less critical response to some interactions,
Shannon, Therapist: even just more grace for myself.
Shannon, Therapist: So seeing being able to see myself and others differently and to have some more grace and compassion.
Shannon, Therapist: Understanding different personality types and why my husband withdraws when I'm somebody who marches forward, and that tension has always been difficult for me to understand.
What would you share with any individual or organization considering working with Undercurrent Enneagram Consulting?
Shannon, Therapist: I think all organizations should use (Undercurrent) Enneagram Consulting.
Shannon, Therapist: I could see it being hugely beneficial to consult and do this as a team and then work within the different dynamics to just create
Shannon, Therapist: a place where there's deeper understanding accessibility to one another, understanding how they work as a team and probably being able to produce
Shannon, Therapist: at a greater capacity.
Shannon, Therapist: I would say it's a great investment of your time, a great investment that has payoffs in lots of different ways, not just in self-knowledge, but how you interact with the world with others. For me personally, it's allowed me to slow down and process things instead of just responding so quickly, so I can give myself time to accept who I am
Shannon, Therapist: and not have to be so driven out of inner compulsion, but to welcome whatever comes and to let go of my need for control and power and security in the process.
