Ericka O'Hara: I just want to take a quick minute to say thank you to Victoria and ugly ventures for the scalable marketing machine workshop. There was so much information packed into that hour that I am still digesting it all and thankfully, with all of those goodies that they gave at the end, I'm capable of doing so I really walked away with my biggest takeaway being a simple scalable system. It gave me insights into what a magical marketing machine really looks like at scale and a goal for the company to get to maybe not myself to get to. But at the very least a foundational understanding of what I should be expecting from someone who will be running the marketing for my business as it grows. I think every business owner really needs to know about this information, at the very least at a baseline level because it helps them to guide their team. I loved the way that Victoria talked about managing the team and leading the team to success on this one as well. I think it's really important for us to consider a holistic coach and that's really what she took throughout the whole thing. Nothing was off the table. Anything that would relate and make sure that you understood what you really needed to do to get this to work in real life was discussed. I was inspired by this meeting to be able to create a program and I never would have thought of it. Had I not been sitting inside of this meeting and understood what it took to be able to get the foundational relationships required to get my business off the ground, as well as the number of contact points that I really truly need to be able to eventually funnel into sales to create a profitable scalable system and really the marketing drives all of that. So, thank you so much, Victoria. I really appreciate you taking all of the time and I hope that you continue to do really well in the future and that we have opportunities to collaborate more.
