Tell us about your favourite feature in Udio that saves you time every day.

Katelyn Cooper: My favorite feature Udio has is the Occupancy Report. It speeds up the process of opening and closing down classes, as it gives you a quick view of how many bookings you have and how many vacancies you have as well.

What feedback have you received from customers since introducing Udio and the customer portal?

Katelyn Cooper: Customers love having the customer portal. It's accessible 24 hours, which means they can manage their own bookings, and it's easy for them to arrange their own schedules. It's so user friendly and easy to use that has so many great features.

What is your advice to others who might be considering Udio?

Katelyn Cooper: Definitely give Udio a go. It's made my job easier and faster. It's always improving and taking on feedback for what our business needs to improve and streamline each process. Use the training portal, it's so easy to use and to test out which ways will suit your outcome.
