What do you enjoy most about working at Ubiqu?
Kim: Hi, my name is Kim and I've been working at Ubiqu as a UX designer for the last 1.5 year now. I found out that the world of digital security offers many challenges in terms of user experience. Making something safer often first increases the usability rather than improving it. But I enjoy thinking about how security and user friendliness can go together, and how to make such a complex and important subject accessible and understandable for everyone. Besides these content related reasons, I also really like and enjoy the Ubiqu's way of working and the atmosphere in the group. I enjoy alternating between working independently and working on projects and collaborating with skilled and friendly colleagues. Luckily there's also room for a fun team building activities such as lunch walks, game nights or an annual sailing weekend. So altogether the societal relevance of the projects, the variety and the flexibility and the nice atmosphere in the group, really ensure that I enjoy working at Ubiqu.
