Craig Neverosky: I don't think I had any concerns or hesitations before I started using TypeCoach.
Craig Neverosky: It was just a lack of a deeper knowledge that I'm much better off now that I have that and use it quite often.
Craig Neverosky: What I like most about TypeCoach is the ability to help other individuals understand how much better they can communicate with others and not necessarily communicate, but how much they can understand others, whether it's in their personal life or in their professional life.
Craig Neverosky: So individuals or managers or leaders are much better equipped to anticipate how their teams are going to respond and be able to take new information in.
Craig Neverosky: The impact of the exercises in the Team Program is really fascinating; I would say, the painting exercise is my personal favorite. Just being able to show people what they pick up and how they take in information and what they tend to see and think about first is very powerful. What we have started doing is right after that exercise utilizing real life key performance indicators or goals and extend that exercise to see how each temperament or how each type takes in that information as well.
Craig Neverosky: Any team can benefit from this Team Program: whether it's a sales team, an internal team, a team within your personal life. There really isn't, I don't think, a team out there or a group out there that could not benefit from this program.
