Alecia Ramsey: TypeCoach has given me an additional tool in my toolbox so I can communicate more effectively with my customers. I know that if I communicate more effectively with my customers, I can help more patients.
Alecia Ramsey: As an SJ, when I'm able to have identified an NT I know I need to adapt very quickly. I need to focus on open-ended questions, getting them involved in the conversation and it's not a presentation, a conversation. In addition to that, I got to think big picture and last but not least allow them the autonomy to decide.
Alecia Ramsey: One of the best surprises me with TypeCoach is that even if I can't even identify the temperament, but I can identify a couple of their preferences. I know I'm gonna have an effective conversation. I tend to like to try to identify the thinker of the feeler or the extrovert, introvert, especially the thinker of the feeler because that's the way decisions are made.
Alecia Ramsey: If you're just getting started with TypeCoach, I challenge you to start small. That means choose one person, whether it's a customer, whether it's a peer, whether it's your significant other. Your manager identify their preferences and their temperament and use the tools, use the tools, that TypeCoach provides you and find ways to influence them. You might be surprised.
