TypeCoach has been helpful for me by giving me a easy road map for how to get my customers, my clients to effectively respond to the message that I'm getting them. It's giving me a recipe, if you will, for how to get them to respond in a way that is favorable to what I'm asking. I will give you a quick success story, which is: there was one time that we had a TypeCoach meeting or teams meeting. It was about an hour and a half long and they had a 9:30 a.m. breakfast schedule. So I did the team's meeting in the parking lot of the prescriber, the clients that I was going to meet with at 9:30. So after the call, I just basically thought, ok, what would I pick this woman as, and I was correct to pick her as an experiencer. So I immediately pulled out my core driver sheet and I just referred to it and I do this actually on a weekly basis before I meet with this woman and I can tell you that she's absolutely begun delivering. She's responding to the way that I'm delivering my message because I didn't know her before. I probably had five quality interactions with her. And every week, every Wednesday before I go into her office, I refresh my memory with that core drivers. And, basically I keep my calls on her. I keep fun and casual. I have quickly begun to be a representative and she refers to as one of her favorite reps. In just a matter of months, we socialize as I read my clinical detail and to call, I consistently deliver a short term house from week to week. And it's evidence in the fact that she is prescribing my medication. It's working. I am specific when I suggest which patient she should write for it. And I detailed her on the fact that she will be efficient via getting it in her patient's hands when she's writing it for that specific patient that I'm asking her to prescribe it for because the insurance will likely cover it. She likes the fact that she can get an immediate response to find out because I give her certain questions, specific questions to ask her patients. Hey, did it work fast in the morning? How long did it last? And so she knows that on the follow up calls, which is very quick, you'll know within a month how it is working for her patients. I've seen the prescriptions with this prescriber go from zero per week to one new prescription to two new prescriptions. It just does not sound like a lot, but in my world, there's actually a lot. Even just that incremental growth is actually exponential because the refills will just continue too, to go there at a pretty steep incline. So TypeCoach has absolutely been a success story with that prescriber. And I think one fun funny TypeCoach surprise for me is that I'm actually an introvert! I always thought I was an extravert but TypeCoach assessed me as an introvert and I find myself on a weekly basis, sometimes daily laughing at these introverted traits of the INTJ, but these introverted traits. And I think, well, I am really an introvert. I never would have thought that. So it gives me confidence when I know that TypeCoach accurately assess my personality type. But it's also doing the same for my clients. If I were to give a bit of advice to a new TypeCoach student, it would be to lean into trainings and not to get overwhelmed when you see all the information thinking that you need to memorize everything you don't need to commit to memory. I think those little laminated cheat sheets that they give you are amazing. I refer to them often in that I just had a breakfast meeting and I referred to it before I went in and met with this client, you know, just refresh my memory in terms of how to effectively approach them. A good way to phrase my questions with questions asked and it has been spot on. So TypeCoach is fantastic. Don't get overwhelmed. Just keep your little cheat sheet in your car and you'll be surprised at how these little bits and pieces automatically become, begin to become committed to memory. Good luck!
