Hi, everyone Lindsay Lekarczyk, South Bend, Indiana territory, and your star in the East. I would say that TypeCoach really allowed me to gain different perspectives on how certain people receive information. And then along with your tone of voice, certain questions that need to be asked, how detailed you need to get. A really good example that I had recently was a nurse practitioner who I've had multiple conversations with in the past, and in the past, we've talked about multiple patient profiles. And with TypeCoach, it allowed me to be able to figure out that she's somebody that I need to specifically narrow down just to one patient type and stick to that and see if we can progress to moving business. And the end result was that she ended up being able to identify that specific patient type within her offices. So we were able to gain some more traction there and really just narrowing it down to one specific patient type. I would also say that if you are just getting into TypeCoach, really analyze the different functions and behaviors and temperaments that go into the different categories and it'll really help you not only to be able to talk to your friends or your family or maybe your spouse, but also within the workplace. And the one great thing about TypeCoach is it's very "real world" and you can use it with your own personal life and your work life. So, it provides a really good, broad landscape of how to hold a really great conversation and be able to move business and be able to really understand the way people receive and the way that you can share information that they're able to understand it.
