What were your biggest take-aways from the training program?
Dana Haskins: were amazing takeaways were we did a few exercises that were jaw dropping the results. I mean, the team is still talking about them as well. When we have our brainstorming sessions, people are preparing ahead of time to make sure that different personalities get what they need up front. So I think what I would say, the big takeaways are, is that our preparation is better and our communication is much better and people are still excited two weeks later after having the coaching session.
