A success story that I have regarding TypeCoach is I have a new high frequency target that I wanted to make an immediate impact on. I remember completing one of our TypeCoach calls from the parking lot of her office before a breakfast that I had scheduled with her. After about five quality interactions with her, she was new to me. I really tried to peg her type and figured that she is an experiencer. I pre-call planned via looking at my core driver's cheat sheet and I refer to it weekly before I call on her. We keep our calls fun and casual and I can say that I have already begun developing a friendship with her. In fact, within a matter of months, she's begun calling me one of her favorite reps. We socialize as I weave my clinical detail into the call. I consistently deliver my short term ask from week to week and she's begun delivering. I am specific when suggesting which patient type she should prescribe stars for which would be switches that are under 18 years old for insurance purposes. And I detail her on the fact that she will be efficient being getting the medication into her patient's hands quickly. I emphasize the short term benefit to her, which is that her patients will get the immediate release and pro-drug benefits on day one and she can try it before the school year begins. Or I should say the immediate release part of the medication within 30 minutes. She's gone from zero prescriptions to writing 1 to 2 per week. And if I can continue to see incremental new prescription growth, I will be absolutely thrilled. She is what I would define as a true TypeCoach, success story. What one of the biggest surprises for me regarding TypeCoach is that I'm actually an introvert, which I find myself constantly connecting to everyday issues where I say to myself. Well, that was definitely an aspect of my introvert side. Now that I've learned that about myself, I'm constantly surprised by the accuracy of the description of my personality type when asked to finish the following sentence for new students that are going to start TypeCoach. I would say if you're just getting going with TypeCoach, I would suggest that you really lean into the training but do not get overwhelmed via thinking that everything must be committed to memory. I suggest that you keep your laminated cheat sheets accessible and you can refer to them prior to your customer interactions. I keep mine in my car where I can easily refer to it while I'm pre-call planning. Also little by little bits and pieces will begin to sink in and you'll be surprised when you're able to pull on your learnings during interactions where you haven't even reviewed it beforehand. Good luck with, with your TypeCoach training. Bye-bye.
