Hi, good morning. I'm Shannon Exner. I'm one of the regional directors in the Pacific Northwest, and I wanted to provide a little bit of insight in terms of how TypeCoach has been beneficial and how we use it up in my region. So I think first question is how has TypeCoach been helpful? When you think about it, anytime you have a platform that can help you improve your communication skills, it's only going to help you. You know, if you think about it, our job is all about communicating information to people. That's what we do. TypeCoach has been a very successful model for a long period of time. So I feel strongly that if you use it, you're going to be successful, and it's going to help you be even more successful. I think the vast majority of time, you know, in HCP, if you think about it, who has written our product, it was based on how you've communicated and the information to that provider. The same goes for HCPs that really haven't written your product. That's where you kind of have to take a step back and say, hold on, let me think through this. How can I change my approach a little bit? Your words matter just as much as how your communication style matters. The next question is if I could share a little bit of a 30-second success story. With my team, you know, we've had a number of HCPs that were not using Azstarys and that was largely due to how we were communicating. I can think of a number of examples where we dialed in our approach to get a little bit more specific. I think that we've seen a bigger gain in areas with HTPs that were probably more so where we were kind of controlling that conversation yet, they really wanted to kind of be the leaders of that conversation from start to finish. It was more about us getting our message out rather than listening to what they really wanted and needed. So, we made a couple of changes. I think the other area where we've had success is really kind of dialing back our approach with the Thinkers and the Feelers. I feel like my team is heavily weighted towards Thinkers, and that's not a good or bad thing, right? It's just, you know, it's just the makeup of the team. So, I think that we've been a lot more assertive. We've kind of taken a step back. We've tried to be a little more empathetic, change our approach. We've been a lot more passionate, and that has, that has changed and that has gained a lot of momentum with our providers and I've seen a lot of HCPs take off. Third question is what was one of the best surprises you had with TypeCoach? I would say that I think for me, the biggest takeaway is knowing that your communication style can be a blind spot. Right. Good or bad. Everyone has a communication, blind spot, there's nothing right or wrong about it. But you know, not everyone wants information that is fast paced. If you're a fast communicator, that's great. Sometimes you might have to dial it back. You may need to be flex that might need to be more of your style , right, in offices where they're not necessarily the strengths or benefits. So, I think being able to flex is going to be a really big benefit for you. You know, a good majority, I would be willing to bet, a good majority of the non-writers in someone's territory. It's based simply on communication style. There's gaps and being able to try to improve that is only gonna help. So as far as a tidbit of information, I think we live in a digital world. Everything is so, everything, there's so much information where people are having a process at a high level. So I think anytime you have an opportunity to communicate, one-on-one personally with a provider, make the most of it and, and go from there. Thanks for your time.
