Alie Frankel: Hi, I'm Ali. I did a session with Derrick and Matt about two weeks ago and it was incredibly powerful and valuable! They complement each other beautifully. I came into the conversation not really knowing what it was I was even going to talk about and through a series of pointed questions, they were able to get to the root of what was going on in my life and continue to dive deeper and challenge me to look at some things that I needed to look at. Derrick's guided meditations were beautiful and grounded. Matt's, pointed questions and coaching was... I mean they just really complement each other beautifully and both delivered a lot of value. I left the session feeling a sense of breakthrough. I liked their style. I liked how how honest they were and how they pushed me to go beyond the stories that we tell ourselves in our head and get into how I feel in my heart. I would definitely recommend working with these top tier coaches.
