Tammy Penhollow, DO: Hi, I'm Doctor Tammy Penhollow. I am working with Doctor Anne Tron and Doctor Boss specifically in the inner circle. I chose to work with Doctor Thung because I trusted her as a practicing physician in the realm of musculoskeletal medicine. Although she has now hyper-nicheed into ED and sexual health, she knew what it meant to In musculoskeletal medicine, in spine and joints, and Dr. Chong was getting results. If I plan on being a seven-figure practice, I want to work with somebody who's actually been there. It's so easy to find marketers who've never been there. They try to niche you in with somebody who's done, I don't know, it could be an aesthetics clinic. It could be something completely unrelated. To medicine, and they just can't get it. Literally, they've not walked in your shoes, but Dr. Thong has. Um, my problems at the time where I was basically trying to be everything to everybody. I figure as a interventional spine and joint person that I was able to, and I still am able to treat everything. From the smallest joints of the hand all the way up to the spine. However, marketing is a totally different story, and marketing to a niche, for example, pick a joint, the elbow, the knee, the shoulder is very important. It helps you get clear on your marketing. It helps you get clear to the people that you wish to serve and It gets results. It does not mean that I turn down inquiries to work with other people who have problems outside that hyper niche market, but it means that I do have this nice, clean funnel. system for patients who want to come work with me because my message is clear. It's on point and it is helping me slowly grow a YouTube following. And with that, um, I'm able to turn the YouTube. Um, videos into podcasts. We're able to take those and turn them into shorts. We're able to put them in the Dr. Boss funnel, and it's just this wonderful nurturing system. Um, Doctor Chung is extremely generous with her expertise and knowledge. I Personally wanted somebody that I could do one on one with, like a trusted advisor, and I'd been through many group settings, many masterminds, and they're still quite beneficial. However, at this phase and this stage in my business, I needed one on one and still do need and appreciate greatly one on ones working with her. So that is um simply why I continue to work with Doctor Thong and the Doctor Boss system with the Uh, practice. Thank you.

Tammy Penhollow, DO: Doctor Thong and Doctor Boss have helped me get focused. I have niche down and picked one joint where I'm doing all of the marketing, and I've been able to grow quite a following on YouTube. I went from something like 53 followers to, um, we're near 750, and that was in about a year. Um, my next goal is certainly over 1000 and to get the Number of minutes viewed and hours viewed that will allow me to be a medical expert on YouTube because I'm working with Dr. Boss as the CRM. There are so many things we can do like scheduling birthday greetings, like using AI bot to answer the phones after hours, to use the A bot that I have trained with specific articles to answer questions that come in after hours or if we are in the middle of um patient care and the bot ends up an answering a question, um, based on the engagement on the prompts throughout the email sequences and the SMS sequences. And so far, I have learned a ton from her. I have felt much more comfortable in front of the camera, much more focused on how my role is to help people in terms of being that specific go to person for knee pain, for example, and I really believe that it's also given me and all physicians by virtue of of this and whoever else she works with, to be the voice, we often do not have the reach, we have the Authority, we have the credentials, but not the reach of the influencers, but as we build the reach, we are still then the ones with credibility, the ones with authority and patience. The public are hungry for a credible and reliable source for the questions that they have about their health and wellness, and Dr. Boss with Doctor Thong has helped me do my part in that.

Tammy Penhollow, DO: I do recommend Doctor Boss. It is a CRM. It is one of the go high level, um, based, but it has a lot of very specific, very upgraded options. I really like the ability to have an AI bot that is trained as a receptionist for after hours. Also, the AI bot. That I have trained by going through and uploading very specific articles that I find are extremely important and useful in my niche to answer questions that leads may have as they're coming through the funnel if they have received an email or a text and they respond with a question, the AI bot can search that. Huge database. I think I have something like 35 or 40 different articles or resources that, um, I've uploaded into the bot to help answer those questions intelligently, and then we can follow up with more specific things like a reach out and sending a video in response to the conversation that has ensued through Dr. Boss.
