Margaret Ricchio: find the information they need in one spot.

Margaret Ricchio: They can filter down what they wanna see

Margaret Ricchio: and they have a plethora of information on Trualta on just about any topic a caregiver would need to know about.

How has Trualta helped you in your current role?

Margaret Ricchio: Trualta has made it easier because I can recommend articles if somebody calls and needs some more information on a certain topic, I can either direct them to Trualta to find it, or if they are in a pinch, I can find it and recommend it in the app.

Can you share a story of a breakthrough moment that you have seen after using Trualta?

Margaret Ricchio: I've had more than one client that has told me their care receiver does not like to take showers, and I know that there are reasons for that

Margaret Ricchio: and there's a video from Teepa Snow on how to give someone a shower and maintain their dignity.

Margaret Ricchio: And I've had caregivers who have watched that video, and then once their loved one has gone into a facility, and they say that their loved ones aren't taking a shower there, (the employees), she has them watch the Teepa Snow video off of Trualta.

Margaret Ricchio: So that has definitely been a wonderful

Margaret Ricchio: So that has definitely been a wonderful moment for the care receivers and the caregivers.

How have you seen health outcomes improve when a caregiver gains access to Trualta?

Margaret Ricchio: Trualta reinforces that caregivers need to take care of themselves in order to be a good caregiver and to keep themselves healthy.

Margaret Ricchio: It gives hints and advice on how to work with their loved ones in a better way so that it's less stressful for both of them.

Why would you recommend Trualta to others who work with caregivers every day?

Margaret Ricchio: Support groups. I only have one support group a month, but I know that my caregivers can find support groups on Trualta. And that helps them make it through the month.
