Kenisha Cox: Hello, my name is Kenisha Cox. I work with the Columbus Municipal School District in Columbus, Mississippi, and my role here is the IT director. And I just stopped by a few seconds just to tell you a few things I like about Trafera. What like is an understatement. I'll tell you a few things I love about them. Doing business with them, they play a very important role in our district, they supply all of our Chromebooks. So, they're very important in our district and doing business with them has been so amazing, you order stuff, the turnaround time has been quick, even the repairs, we send, laptops out to be repaired, send them back. We don't have to wait forever to get our stuff back. We don't have to wait forever if we order stuff from them. They do everything in a professional manner, in a timely manner. Customer service is great, they always have the best attitudes, and it's just easy doing business with them, and I look forward to doing business with them. And what can I say about our rep, Oh my God, I absolutely love her. She's the best. She's the best at what she do. She always answer my questions. She always get my orders. Anything I need, I'm calling her. Her I feel like I bug her a whole lot, but she's always the same. She's always Happy. She has enjoyed talking to me. She always has a smile on her face and she just does an amazing job as well. So my overall experience with Trafera is just amazing. So if you haven't tried them, you need to try them.
