Jose : So my experience with TradeDay, I chose them because I was really new to trading, and at first it was pretty intimidating cause I had no idea what I was doing, but TradeDay's platform is kind of focused on education and risk management, and I like that, it helped me become a little bit more confident, combine that with their, their, With the Sim trading that they offer, and I today I've been with them a year and I've become a far more profitable trader. How has TradeDay helped you in your funded trading journey?
Jose : TradeDay has several tools for traders looking to get funded. The dashboard has a lot of information on there. It helps you track your progress, gets updated daily. The courses that are included with your, TradeDay membership, can help somebody who's inexperienced, become more familiar with trading and what trading Futures actually is involved in, and, you become also part of a very extensive community on Discord as part of your, TradeDay membership. If you have any questions or, you know, you want, you want to talk to other people who are starting, trading out, that's a great place to start, and their customer service is, is spot on. Anytime I've ever had a question, email them. 10/15 minutes later, I get a response back. It's been great, so.
Could you describe your overall experience with TradeDay and with the TradeDay team?
Jose : The TradeDay team is great. Every time I've had a question, regardless of how, painfully obvious the answer was later, they've been very patient with me, I've had nothing but a positive experience, never talked to anyone who seemed agitated that they were speaking to someone, that was inexperienced having questions that I did. Everyone's been really friendly, Yeah, it's almost like they're just waiting for you to ask them all these questions. The community they've created on Discord and online, on social media has been really great, got a lot of people together both inexperienced and experienced, and it's made, becoming a funded trader a lot easier for someone like me.
