Why did you choose TradeDay over other funded trading challenges?
Jordan A: Why did I choose TradeDay over other funded trading challenges? It's pretty simple for a couple of reasons. I've worked with a couple of other firms in the past and it really felt like their rules are just predatory. Like they're out to get you kind of, you know, intraday trailing drawdowns and bad payout structures where it seems like they're doing everything they can to not pay out the money you earned. and with Trade Day, you have an end of day drawdown, which is, I, I think it's the only one I've seen personally in the industry so far and it's great. their dashboard on the, on your trading page is fantastic and their payout rules are the best I've seen where you just have to get your account to the starting balance or get your draw down on the account to the starting balance and then the minimum payout is $250. So, other than that, no restrictions. And that's part of why I think Trade Day is the best firm I've seen so far and I'm looking forward to continuing to work with them.
How has TradeDay helped you in your journey to becoming funded with them?
Jordan A: How has trade day helped me in my journey to becoming funded with them. Firstly, their website has a ton of great resources. There is a whole section for course work where you can go through things like risk management and fundamental type analysis, you know, technical analysis, just market terminology, everything you need to know about futures contracts and just a lot of general level knowledge which for, for new traders would be extremely beneficial. And for me personally, I had a one on one session with Steve where we went in pretty deep on my psychological struggles with trading and just some of the personal things I was dealing with. And he kind of walked me through those and gave me some great pointers on how to move forward. And I'm really thankful for everything that trade day has to offer and look forward to continue working with them.
As a funded Tradeday trader, could you describe your experience with the TradeDay team?
Jordan A: I would describe my experience with the trade day team as excellent. I've submitted multiple tickets throughout the last year that I've been working with them and they always respond within and about less than an hour, sometimes even like 15-20 minutes if it's during a trading day. And there was one time where I had purchased an account reset and my account was reset, but I for some reason didn't have access to it and I sent in a ticket and they immediately responded within like five minutes because it was right during the trading day kind of in the morning. And I was able to get the situation fixed and still managed to take some trades that day. And that was awesome. I, I haven't received such good customer service on something like that on anything ever. I'd say their, their customer service is the best I've ever received on anything, not just in the trading industry. And James and Steve even personally respond to some cases. I think on like two or three different cases, I've had James and, or Steve help me out personally, which is awesome to get help from the CEO and COO So I just, yeah, I'm really appreciative of TradeDay's team and their customer service and big shout out to TradeDay.
