Hi, everyone. My name is Brooke Bohan. I'm the owner of aquatics and education located in Melbourne, Florida, as a small business owner and private learned to swim provider. I'm very appreciative to have had the opportunity to attend the 2023 annual build and programming pool conference with Total Aquatic Programming. I had the best time at this conference and it was a humbling moment in my career to be surrounded by high quality aquatic professionals that demonstrated true passion in the aquatic industry, striving for exceptional growth for future generations to come. It made a huge impact on my aquatic profession and my vision to start operating my own facility and enhancing my mindset that programming proceeds design. This conference welcomes all individuals in established facilities looking to begin the process and gain new knowledge of building and operating their own pool. Total, aquatic programming's dream team was able to provide the opportunity to develop industry and terminology enhance new knowledge and best practices for aquatic programming and offering guidance towards different pool models that would best fit your entity. I learned valuable information to plan and operate my own future desired aquatic facility. Total aquatic programming exceeded my expectations when attending this conference to build a pool and programming conference, put me in the room with the best of the best and really allowed me to sit and listen and absorb up all the information that I needed to. What is the best route for myself as a small business owner to open and operate my own facility? I really want to note that you have a big dream and you want to put it on paper and put it into works. But it's really important to start with programming, programming, really does proceed design. And I was really able to understand that through this conference, I really give it up to all the applied professionals there and it was the best experience to participate at.
