Introduce yourself and describe how the Build A Pool Conference recently helped you.
Ayanna Rakhu, Ph.D.: Hello, my name is Doctor Ayana Rau. I am the founder and CEO of San Copa Swim International. We design aquatic programming and swim training for organizations and individuals. The build a pool conference 2023 was extremely helpful for me in understanding the importance of designing the program based on the pool that we want to build or that I'm working with. Uh It was very interesting to learn all the details that go into choosing pool space, um the land you want to buy the type of equipment that's needed based on the programming that you want to provide. And so um there was so much detail and just intricacies that were explained and we got to ask a lot of questions. A lot of my questions were answered thoroughly and I felt like I left the conference really understanding uh how to do my job better, how to help my clients better and just how to provide the most efficient and effective program.
Did the Build A Pool Conference meet your expectations?
Ayanna Rakhu, Ph.D.: The build a pool conference exceeded my expectations completely. The venue was amazing. The rooms were great. The food was excellent. Not to mention the vendors. Uh There were excellent vendors there that were really helpful. Um The networking was amazing. I met people from all over the country who were doing similar work or even had really different projects that were very helpful to learn about. Um Definitely made some great connections and the information we received was far none, especially getting the information on a flash drive was exceptional. I'm still going through and sifting through a lot of that information. The conference was excellent and I would definitely recommend it.
Did the Dream Team Partners at the Build A Pool Conference provide the education you need to move forward?
Ayanna Rakhu, Ph.D.: I thought the dream team partners at the conference was one of the best parts. It was really great to hear from them in between each of the segments of the conference. So letting them really expound upon what they offered and how those offerings can help anyone who's building a pool or um designing programming. So that was probably one of the most exceptional parts of the, of the conference. And I think um what was best is that they were really able to answer the questions that pertain directly to your project or your interest. Um I spoke with many of them, one on one and they just took the time to really break down how their products or information could be helpful um to someone like me or any of you, the rest of us at the conference. So I think that was really um one of the most exceptional parts.
