Rhem Galloway: Hey, everyone, as you know, Christmas is only a couple of months away. And so this is about the time of year where we start getting asked by clients what they should be giving as their Christmas gifts.
What do you suggest?
Rhem Galloway: So I want to give you a few tips on what makes a good gift. The first tip would be that it's not overly self-celebrating. So, meaning that you haven't just slapped your logo on a whole bunch of stuff and that it feels like it's all about you and promoting your company.
What else should we consider?
Rhem Galloway: My second suggestion would be to make sure that you have taken the person receiving the gift into consideration. Make sure it's actually something they're going to want to use or that they care about. So one thing you could do is to actually consider what they value. And then look at your values and see where there's some common ground that you could celebrate.
So, how much should we spend?
Rhem Galloway: So, the third thing I would say is don't give a cheap gift. I'm not saying you have to break your budget. I'm just saying if you're gonna give, say a tumbler, don't get the cheapest tumbler that's going to fall apart after the third time it's been in the dishwasher. One. People can tell as soon as they get it, whether it's of quality or not. And that quality kind of is a reflection of what you think about the person getting it. So I would get gifts that are of high quality and are gonna last. It doesn't mean that they have to be overly expensive, it just means whatever it is, make sure it's good quality.
