Rhem Galloway: Have you ever wondered when the best time to address your brand is? Turns out we have to, and we've thought about it a lot over the past 6.5 years. And while we'd like to say that you should address your brand at any point in time if you haven't already, the truth is there are some pivotal points where you definitely should not ignore your brand. Some of those might be whether you're changing ownership or you need to revamp your culture, or there's just been some generational shifts, or maybe you're going into new markets and need to make sure that you're doing it the right way. So we're going to have a panel event this coming April with 3 of our clients who are going to talk through how they use branding to get through to the other side successfully and maybe a few other things that they kept in mind to help them get through these points of transition.
