What is one branding takeaway you learned while working with Tōdem?
Molly Bryant: One of the takeaways that I got and learned about branding would probably be that it's just as much of an internal thing, as much as an external. So a lot of times people think of brand, they think of logos and what people see on the outside, but it really is also a pretty powerful vehicle once you have everything organized correctly for internally, like it can help shape the vision and the trajectory of what you want your company to be, your culture. How to, I know it'll help me when I do engage employees to have a really nice streamlined, communication style.
What advice would you give to someone on the fence about working with Tōdem?
Molly Bryant: My advice to anyone on the fence, when it comes to, "Should they hire Todem?" Yes, you should just do it. There are so many things that we do as business owners and lots of hats to wear and it will be worth every penny - because when you can turn over things that are not in your wheelhouse to the experts, you're not only going to get a really great end product, but it's very insightful and you'll learn things about your company and about the way people perceive your company that are pretty eye opening. So, yeah, it's worth the investment. It pays for itself pretty quickly and it will save you so much time. And keep you organized and, yeah - all of the above. It's a good idea.
