What is one takeaway from your experience working with Todem?
John Mansour: My big takeaway from this branding exercise is probably different than most people's. I never needed to be sold on the value of branding. I mean, that's kind of a no brainer. You are your brand, especially if you're a smaller business. My big takeaway is analogous to like when you see people doing crazy extreme things on videos or TV commercials where people are doing crazy things and you see the caption that says don't try this at home. That was my takeaway. Don't try to do your own branding. You will injure yourself and it will take a lot longer to recover than a broken arm or a broken leg. And here's the thing, you know way too much about your own business and it inhibits your ability to tell your story the way that it needs to be told. So the big takeaway here is leave it to the professionals. They can tell your story way better than you can.
