How has your business or life been impacted since working with To The Rescue?
Chris Donaldson: When I first discovered to the rescue, I needed to be rescued, I needed help immediately. I had not been filing my W nines. My Quickbooks was a mess and to the rescue came in and helped me solve everything. And to say it was an impact on my business, it practically saved my business because the numbers need to be right.
If there was one word you could use to describe your experience with us, what would it be and why?
Chris Donaldson: The one word I would use to describe to the rescue is dependable. They're always there for me when I need a back up on my quick books on my tax questions, on my bookkeeping, on the my accounting helping me reconcile one month, one quarter to the next. And so I know that I've got a team player who really helps keep my numbers in line, which of course is paramount.
What is your favorite thing about To The Rescue? (What made you choose us?)
Chris Donaldson: To be honest, the reason why I picked to the rescue is they were the first company to answer the call. I was in dire straits. I needed help immediately and they jumped in and rescheduled a lot of the stuff they were doing to, to make that happen. And so I'll be forever grateful and have been working with them since 2020 ever since. And it's been a joy. They've really helped me get to the bottom of, uh, you know, all my numbers and, and really made it not necessarily enjoyable, but definitely tolerable. So thanks to, to the rescue, it's been a real pleasure working with you.
