QA Speed Initiative
Wendy Craver
Wendy Craver: Hello, all. I'm Wendy Craver, Senior Director in QA. Tim has asked me to join today to share one of our QA Speed Initiatives, which we're now calling universal submission packets. I'm an owner on this initiative along with Scott Rosenberg and Shannon Baker. And I wanna share a few details on why this initiative was created. Our current Phase One stats and goals and our plans for Phase Two. The QA dock box team saves all of our travelers compliance documents that are required for submission. And in thinking about our speed initiative asks from Tim, it made sense for us to look into that process for areas of opportunity. We identified an opportunity immediately by adding an additional process on the front end with our QA Doc Box Team, by creating a universal packet that will include the compliance items that are most often required for submission and then that would then save time during the actual submission process for the AM and AML teams. We decided to test out this new process with the pilot. The pilot started with two Recruitment Teams on April 10th and it was evident that we needed to roll this out to the rest of Recruitment ASAP based off the feedback that this new process was now shaving 2 to 4 minutes off the most vital time in the submission process with the help of Allison Nance and the RLs, as well as the Recruitment Directors and Recruiters. We have created 4246 packets since April 10th. And our big, audacious goal is to have a universal submission packet for every active bookable traveler. Phase Two is automation in this process so that we can build the packet with the click of a button. And we want visibility, an icon in TAMs, as well as the date the packet was created. And we're also looking at ways that we can proactively create a packet and automate when we need to update the Nursys or Allied license info every 30 days and also updating the packets when we receive updated certifications. I hope that you're as excited as I am about this initiative. If you have any questions or suggestions, please feel free to reach out. I plan to send out reports monthly on this. So stay tuned for stats on June and updates as we move into Phase Two of this initiative. Thank you.
