Tim McKenzie: Hey, everyone, Tim McKenzie here. For those of you who joined the Town Hall a few weeks ago, I mentioned that there were so many good things happening across the company. It was hard to cover in a quarterly Town Hall meeting. So with the help of Marketing and with the help of Employee Experience, we've created what we're going to call the Town Center News. These are 2 to 4 minute videos from different departments on things that are they are doing to help the company grow and get better. These will be sent your way one or two at a time, from time to time between the Town Hall meetings. So, please take just a few minutes to hear from your teammates on the great things that are going on across the company. This is about spreading the news. It's about cascading information that I want you to know. So please let us know what you think. Let us know if it's effective, if it's helpful at all and if it is, so we'll keep doing it.
