Recruitment Initiatives

Allison Nance

Allison Nance: Hello, everyone. My name is Allison Nance. I'm the Director of Recruiting Support. I live in Florence, South Carolina and I've been with TNAA for seven years. Today. I'm gonna talk to you about speed initiatives. Speed is at the forefront of everything that we do. We are constantly innovating to improve the traveler and client's experience with TNAA, in collaboration with various departments, Recruitment has put into action 30 different speed initiatives in the past year and I'd like to highlight a few of them for you today.

Allison Nance: First being the Universal Submission Packet. As you know, we staff for Travel Nurses and Allied Health Care Professionals across the country to a wide variety of vendor hospitals that can only happen with what we call a submission to a job. Special thanks to Wendy Craver, Senior Director of QA and the Docs Team. We now have what is known as a Universal Submission Packet. Now, you might be asking yourself "What exactly is that?" Well, I'm glad to tell you. While TNAA does staff across the country, a lot of jobs require the same documentation in order for us to get traveler's profiles into the manager's hands for interview. The Universal Submission Packet is a streamlined version of those documents needed to get submissions out even quicker. Think of it like a cover letter but only for certifications and documents. This includes things like driver's license, ACLS, BLS, PALS, list goes on. Previously, this packet was created for each job. Now that we have the Universal Submission Packet being created for each traveler, it is saving the AML Team hundreds of minutes a day. This means more travelers into managers' hands, quicker. It's a win-win.

Allison Nance: The second Speed Initiative that I'd like to highlight would be Jobs Speed. It is a live feed of jobs as they are posted into our system. Think of it kind of like the information ticker that runs along the bottom of channels like ESPN. This is a huge advantage for the Recruitment Team. Thanks to Katie Docherty, Lee Jernigan, Ryan Hart, Jena Boheim-Mueller, Jhensen Aquino, Bill Rhodes and Dusty Hanes for their work, bringing this tool to life. The recruiters that have live access to when new opportunities are posted into our system, which means they can get connected to travelers that are looking for certain areas, specialties and rates quicker and as soon as they are posted into our system, the faster the recruiter and the traveler connect about the job, the quicker they are to interview and get the offer. This is another advancement in how quickly we can get travelers connected to jobs that they are looking for and booked faster. Lastly, I'd like to highlight the advances we've made in our reporting system we use called DOMO. While chance is a vast array of travel information, jobs and facility data, the ability to use this data has come leaps and bounds in the last year. Special thanks to our Data Team, specifically: Geoff Lomax, Mark Hamilton, Justin Rogers and McKade Olson. We've been able to restructure how we are putting all this data into action. All departments, Recruitment, Client Services, Marketing QA and more have access to this vital info. Why is this so important? It helps us keep a better finger on the pulse of applications coming into the system. Travelers who've traveled with us in the past tracking trends for marketing channels that are yielding the best results. The list goes on all of this in an effort to keep our connection, follow up and care with our travelers. Light years ahead of our competitors.

Allison Nance: As you can see, I along with everyone here at TNAA are very passionate, not only about speed but showing you that we care about getting you connected to meaningful employment. We operate on four values, Own your Relationship, Obsess Over the Experience, Simplify the Process and Defend our Culture. These Speed Initiatives speak to all four of these values that are evident in all that we do for our Travel Nurses and Allied Health Care Professionals. Thank you for taking the time to listen to me today and thank you for all that you do.
