We chose TNAA because they offered a system that truly conquers, divides and handles every area you could need help in when joining the travel community as a new travel nurse. I felt such ease and comfort, security, safety. My first assignment was in Texas and knowing I'm leaving home, I'm meeting new people. I'm going away from my friends and family, but I've got this little mini new family of my own. That even once I've already started the assignment, I've done all my requirements. They're checking in on me, they're checking in on him, making sure we're happy. We've got housing secure before I even go down there. I mean, you have so much support and a sense of safety and like I said, security that there's no one, there's no one else that you would even want to try. I mean, even I meet people all the time that say I switch every time, I try to see who can offer me better, but how can I get any better than this, then having such a strong support system, every, any moment, any second that I need them, and I've been doing it for 3 years and I still wouldn't change it, um, and that's why I love TNAA. I, there's so many people to rely on, not just your agent. There's so many people, even the travel nurses, not only just the staff, but the travel nurses are such a supportive community.
