Donna Bunch: Hi everyone, I am so excited to have the opportunity today to recognize our Client Services team. I want to start with our CSDs. Over the past year they've taken on more and more clients and have had several changes in territory, but you wouldn't know it as they continue to make success with our strategic partners look very easy. The Account Management team, they manually configured more than 65,000 units in our client database last year, all while maintaining the excellent level of service that they're known for. And in addition, we got a smoother submission process. Our AMLs, they keep the wheels moving on this bus every day by making sure initiatives like auto job posting and electronic submissions are working as they should for our success. Our AM Coordinators who are always behind the scenes providing tremendous support to our SimpliFi accounts. And last but not least, our leadership April Faris, Lindsay Musselman, Barley Miller, and Stephen Lewis. They come in every day. They encourage, they remove obstacles, and they enforce solutions. We could not do what we do without our awesome leadership. And as we like to call it on our team, lots of emotional support candy. I just want to give a heartfelt thank you not only to the Client Services team, but to all of you who show up every day with a remarkable work ethic and unwavering support of our Core Values. You are what makes TNAA the best in the business, and I'm so proud to call myself part of this team. Thanks so much.
