Kristen Henderson: Hello, everyone. I want to take a quick few minutes and share a little bit with you about the TNAA Health and Wellness Program and how we have had a positive effect on our travelers. When we started last year, it was mainly focused on the internal population. Figuring out how to really reach our travelers was a challenge, but we have stepped up to the plate and figured it out. We have started through marketing a campaign where we reach out through Instagram through some posts and even a live that we did on Instagram to let travelers know that we have a Mind, Body and Spirit Total Wellness program that is based through our lovely Dr. Bozzone who is an MD and a Lifestyle Medicine Doctor. Through those social media posts, we're able to reach out to more and more of our travelers. We're also creating a Pinterest page which is really fun to think about. We also partnered with marketing and we have a spot in the Monday newsletter that goes out every Monday that reaches thousands and thousands of travelers. So they have links to a lot of the resources and benefits that the internals are receiving. The third way that we reached out to our travelers this year to include them is through a partnership with both Gardenuity and WellBox. WellBox sends out well gifts. Their box is full of candles and essential oils and eye masks and tips and tricks for sleeping and stress management as well as Gardenuity, which sends out small desk pink tropical plants that they get to put their hands in the dirt and build them. And then when they have decided that they no longer want to travel with this small plant, they can gift it to another nurse or a patient or a break room where they're currently on assignment. To say that it's a joy to be able to reach our travelers is an understatement. I have a committee of amazing people that help me as well as the directors of nursing, Jill, the partnerships that I have internally with our departments to continue to ever evolve. The program create fun webinars that are both educational and impactful. As well as continue to partner with amazing vendors that will always meet the needs of our holistic program for Total Wellness. Realizing it's one step at a time and that wellness is about a lifestyle, not a 123 fix. We're thrilled to have not only our internals but now our travelers on their wellness journey, with us.
