Wendy Craver: Hi, everyone. I am Wendy Craver, Director of the Housing and Contract Administration teams here at TNAA. Last year, we combined the Traveler Contracts, Hospital Contracts, and QA Hospital Database Teams under one Contract Administration umbrella. And since then, we've become a much more cohesive team with streamlining processes, enhancing cross-training and strengthening collaboration across departments. And I'd like to take a moment to shout out a couple of folks, individually, and one is Carl Davis. He goes above and beyond in every way. Carl has cross-trained in all areas, including Housing, and is always willing to take on any task and learn something new. Carl, your dedication does not go unnoticed. Thank you so much. And speaking of Housing, I also want to highlight Rachel McCoy for stepping up and quickly learning the Housing ropes to provide seamless coverage while Allison was out. Rachel, your adaptability and commitment are truly appreciated and I cannot thank you enough. At TNAA, I really believe our success isn't just about numbers or profits. It's about people.
