When I first started looking for an agency, unfortunately my 15 years as an LVN did not count, so TNAA recommended that I work my years, get some experience under my belt, and try again. I was happy for 3 years and then I wasn't, and TNAA reached out at the most pivotal time in my life and it was the perfect alliance that I could have thought of or dreamed of. I have been happy since 2019 with TNAA as my sole agency. I love the beautiful people that I get to work with, the fact that I have a solid crew that's always backing me up both clinically and with um my experiences as a travel nurse I get to work and see these particular people grow and their little families grow and it's more than a family, it's friendship and it's also a company that just exceeds all my expectations.
