Sharon Smith: Grateful. We are definitely in the month of gratitude and I am grateful for working at such a company that cares so much about a work life balance. I, I have several Children. They are graduating high school, they are going to college and not colleges down the street, they're going out of state and I have grandchildren and with each year things change, they're no longer doing this, but they're doing something different. And with the work life balance here at TNAA, I have been able to adjust every year is something different. And for that, I'm grateful. Thank you TNAA.
