James Quick for Gratitude for TNAA Day

James Quick: Hi, TNAA, this is James Quick. I wanna just spread some love to you all. Tell you how grateful I am for you and all that you do. I just want to reflect for a second, a story. I was at the SIA Conference last week and, just had a chance to interact with a number of folks that are in the, in our work community. There are people that lead or, or work in other Staffing Companies and other MSPs and, I would just say that for a long time, TNAA has had a reputation that not, not only for quality nurses and for the work we do but also for who we are. Who you are in that work. I heard that consistently throughout this event, I heard that, you know, we're responsive. I heard that we're, subject matter experts. I heard that we're, you know, very knowledgeable about what we do, but more importantly to me, I heard that, that we're kind in how we do it, that we're, that we just are defending our Core Values and how we do that. And, we've been through some highs as an industry. We've been through some challenging times as an industry. So that's not a comment on. Hey, things are great and there's a lot of tail winds and, and you guys are showing up that way. That's a comment on how you're showing up every day. So I just want to tell you that I, I'm so thankful to be able to go to a place where I can wear a name tag and be proud of the company we have because of all of you. So that's not the case um in business and on the whole, in our industry, on the whole. So I'm just thankful for you and how you show up every day.
