Denise Kimball: My gratitude for SimpliFi, started over four years ago, when I stepped into a new role at my previous position. I was honored and excited to have the opportunity to work with traveling nurses. Having no working knowledge of what a Traveling Nurse was or even the health care industry, I quickly realized I needed help. My coworkers had little to no experience with travelers either. It was then that I reached out to the person who was our main point of contact for SimpliFi. Kim introduced herself and let me know she was there for anything and everything I needed. I'd call her many times with a simple question of how to enter an order or what unit or care type a position should be. Never did I feel like I was bothering her, the sentiment of Owning your Own Relationships extended to leadership within SimpliFi. Catharine would answer my calls at 5 a.m. It was 8 a.m. My time forgot about the time zone difference and she'd handle the situation as if it was no big deal. I was able to work with the SimpliFi team on site at my previous job. And shortly after that visit, I received a handwritten card from Laurie, which I still have to this day. When I had the opportunity to move to SimpliFi I jumped and fully expected to walk into just another corporate culture. How could everyone be like the three people I had been working with? I was completely caught off guard. Week one, I was reached out to by the President and invited to a one hour welcome call, James was down to Earth and energized about how the company was growing and was genuinely interested in learning about me, personally. I was even more surprised when the welcome and family feeling extended to our parent company of TNAA. A the HR team helping me with onboarding to IT, walking me through, set up even emails with Account Managers, Recruitment Leaders, Legal and Tim our CEO, made me feel like I was part of their team. The teams of SimpliFi/TNAA, a truly work to Obsess Over the Experience that their employees have by empowering them with the knowledge of where the companies are currently and where they're growing too. This allows us to utilize our strengths and interests to grow ourselves within the company. I'll be forever grateful to SimpliFi and TNAA for giving me a chance in investing in me to grow and continue my passion.
