Hey TNAA, my name is Bethany Fields and I'm thrilled to introduce you to the heart of our workplace transformation, the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Committee, otherwise known as DEIB, along with Michael, Kayla, Sarah, Natalie and Carla have been the driving force behind our team's enthusiasm for the 2023 initiatives. Guided by these exceptional individuals. Our DEIB committee has reshaped the landscape of workplace experiences from engaging Diversity Panels to enlightening Round Tables and Educational Videos. Each event has made an enduring impact on our path towards a workplace that is not merely diverse but also genuinely inclusive.

So now, as we celebrate the successes of 2023 we extend an invitation,
