Jessie Lyles: Hey, TNAA, I am thrilled to introduce you to the Employee Engagement Committee where we turn workplace moments into memories. I'm Jessie, and we are here to reveal how you can become a part of the EEC Committee.

Miranda King: In 2023 the Employee Engagement Committee didn't just plan events. We curated experiences, Karaoke Nights brought us out hidden talents, Trivia, sparked collaboration Mixology Workshops, blended learning and fun and Meet and Greets along with the Spread that Love initiative tore down our department walls. And, it made a difference across the company.

Trinity Carver: Help shape and reinforce the culture, through events and initiatives, while creating connections that go beyond the 9 to 5.

Miranda King: Have your hand in boosting morale that can spread across teams, while acquiring invaluable professional skills in leadership, teamwork and planning.

Brittany Garcia: As we move forward, let's continue the legacy of the Employee Engagement Committee, creating a workplace that not only values productivity but also cherishes the human connections that make TNAA truly exceptional.
