What sets the Talent Marketing Board apart?
Niki Ferrans: There's a lot that sets the Talent Marketing Board apart. But I think the biggest thing is just the support that we get from our partners there. We are always asked if we need anything. We are always given the opportunity to request something that we might need, and everything is always done with such enthusiasm. I've never felt more helped, I think, from any other organization. I can definitely tell that the folks at Talent Marketing Board care about not only our companies and our strategies, but also us as people.
